About the service

Here at Beaumonds, our culture is unique – we are more than a team, we really are a family! Not only do we want the best for those we support but we want the best for YOU.  Our service closes at 11:00am on Saturday and opens again at 9:00am on Monday morning, this means, you have your weekends off.

In what other job do you get paid to go on fun days out, get paid with an impressive benefits package, not work on bank holidays, have the opportunity for fully paid training and access to a variety of social groups, fundraising events with like-minded colleagues and friends? With us, you'll be developed and be part of the caring and committed community of social care professionals.

How you'll help to create brighter futures

We are now seeking a Residential Support Worker to help us maintain the high standards of care and personal development our young people have come to expect. We are seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals to join our supportive team! These are excellent opportunities to support activities and sessions providing quality care for children in need. • Assisting with personal care and daily routines of the young people.
  • Supporting young people to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Safeguarding young people.
  • Helping coach young people to develop essential life skills such as cooking, cleaning and money matters.

Let's talk about you.

Don't worry if you have never worked in a similar role before, it is your personality and personal values that matter. If you are passionate about creating brighter futures, this could be the perfect role for you.

  • Understand how to engage with young people.
  • Have a positive approach and ‘can do' attitude.
