The role

1 in 10 children in every classroom suffer from a diagnosable mental health disorder. You'll be working 18.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with the hours and days of work negotiable.

You will make a difference by:

 - Supporting the delivery group work to around 500 young people as year as a team.

 - Supporting young people's skills in order to manage their own emotional wellbeing.

 - Working in partnership with schools and colleges.

You will need:

 - The ability to speak Welsh fluently.

 - Experience in youth work, working with families, childcare or other relevant field.

 - Experience of working with young people aged 15-18.

 - A commitment to supporting young people's mental health.

 - Access to a car with business insurance. The job requires the ability to travel according to the needs of the job, with reasonable adjustments, if required, according to the Equality Act.
