Permanent, Part Time working 18 hours per week
£20,400 per annum pro rata + Outer London Weighting Allowance
 

The Role

Due to continued growth we have a unique opportunity for an admin officer to join our team and work across our cluster in North London and Hertfordshire.
The role is offered on a part-time basis (working 18 hours a week) although the hours and days of work can be negotiated to suit.

Please note although the main base will be in Northolt, the successful candidate will need to travel across the tree locations (Rickmansworth and Hertford). 

 You will make a difference by:

- Providing a range of administrative and reception duties.
- Organising and progressing the full range of activities associated with the management of business meetings.
- Providing written, verbal and e-correspondence, in collaboration with management and operational colleagues, ensuring prompt, courteous and appropriate responses.
- Dealing with petty cash across all 3 services in the cluster.
- Undertaking desktop research on behalf of colleagues and management to inform responses to correspondence received or to enable the completion of specific reports.
- Producing presentations, written and financial reports for management, including formatting of information and data, which is consistent with organisational and regulatory standards.
- Maintaining and supporting the development of management information systems to enable the extraction, tracking and presentation of accurate data. 

You will need:

- A relevant qualification in business administration or the equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to communicate in a clear and professional manner.
- Flexible and adaptable approach with the ability to deal with changing priorities and complete tasks within required timescales.
- Sound IT skills especially in Excel and other Office packages.
- A willingness to undertake organisational training to be able to perform duties on a range of E-Systems and computer software.
- Experience of providing a confidential, professional service and to work flexibly to meet the demands of the role.
- The ability to work on your own, using your initiative, but also to work well as part of a bigger team.
